UEFA’s HatTrick Committee has approved over €2 million in funding to improve football stadiums across Finland. The investment aims to enhance infrastructure, boost matchday experiences, and strengthen the financial sustainability of clubs.

The largest individual grant, €1 million, was awarded to OTC Stadion in Oulu, while Kokkola Areena received €400,000, and Tammisaari Central Sports Field in Raasepori was granted €100,000. Additionally, €540,000 was allocated to the Finnish Football Association for match event technology, including LED pitch-side advertising and security systems.

Finnish Football Association’s strategy prioritizes supporting top-tier clubs and modernizing stadiums to attract larger audiences and improve matchday quality. The HatTrick program has previously funded several stadium projects, including Bolt Arena in Helsinki, OmaSp Stadion in Seinäjoki, Tammela Stadium in Tampere, and Veritas Stadion in Turku.

With this latest round of funding, UEFA continues to contribute to the development of Finnish football infrastructure, ensuring a better experience for players and fans alike.
